What we've added, improved and fixed — including things you asked for.

  • Addedv3.9.0

Hourly rentals, studio photos, service add-ons and dozens of fixes

    NEW

    • Hourly (rental) services. Make a service hourly — the client picks how many hours, price = per-hour × hours, and the whole interval is reserved.
    • Add-on options. Paid options on a service (e.g. "cymbals +250"), ticked right on the booking card.
    • Studio photo gallery. A slider of your venue's photos on the first booking screen (Profile, up to 12).
    • Photos in support. Attach screenshots in the support chat.
    • Plan comparison. A clear Free/Pro/Premium feature table under "Plan & billing".
    • Hert catalog from the cabinet. A quick link back to the marketplace.

    IMPROVED

    • Sharper maps for Russia. The salon pin now uses Yandex Maps with street names.
    • Theme switch moved to the top of the booking page, by the contacts.
    • Clearer service choice. Duration next to the price, an "+ add-ons" badge, swipe/arrows for photos.
    • Tagline under the name on the first booking screen.
    • Custom link now supports capital letters.
    • Chat & support: Enter sends, Shift+Enter is a new line.

    FIXED

    • Booking a new service. A new service is bookable at once; a clear warning if no specialist is assigned.
    • Armenian version. Fixed an error that could stop Armenian pages from loading.
    • Price fields. "250" no longer becomes "0 250".
    • Support. Owner and operator messages no longer swap sides.
    • Minor service-card layout, centering and photo-view fixes.
  • Addedv3.8.0

Service icons, a custom print texture and a photo gallery

    NEW

    • An icon instead of a photo. Every service and resource can now carry an icon — 64 of them across eight packs: beauty, medical, dining, hotel, fitness, teaching, transport, general. One style for the whole business — outline, soft or filled — with two more unlocked on Premium: neon and gold, matching the Cyberpunk and Lux booking themes. Picking an icon never deletes the photo underneath.
    • A custom texture in the print studio. Upload your own image instead of the bundled patterns — stretch it once across the sheet, or tile it if the image is seamless.
    • Print layouts stop resetting. Format, copy in three languages, colours and the texture pick are now remembered with a "Save layout" button — previously a page refresh meant starting over.
    • A photo gallery for any service, not just hotel rooms. Up to 12 extra photos, opened as a slider on the booking page.

    FIXED

    • The location map. The external map provider briefly stopped serving free tiles, so the map in Settings and the public directory could fail to load. Fixed.
    • The "Map → List" switch in the directory sometimes did nothing.
  • Addedv3.6.0

Replying to reviews, and reporting unfair ones

    NEW

    • Replying to reviews. The dashboard has a new Reviews section: every client rating in one list, each one answerable in public — your reply appears right under the review on your booking page. Until now reviews arrived silently: you could only see them the way a client does, on your own page, with no way to respond.
    • Reporting an unfair review. If the client never showed up, or the review isn't about you, hit Report and describe what happened. The Hert team reviews it and answers under Support. You deliberately can't hide a review yourself: ratings mean something to a client exactly as long as the business being rated can't groom them.

    FIXED

    • Reviews for hotels, restaurants and transfers. Reviews were collected for everyone but only displayed for appointment-based businesses — a hotel or restaurant accumulated them invisibly, affecting the average score with nothing shown on the page. The reviews block now appears in all four booking modes.
  • Addedv3.5.0

Staff accounts, a cabinet for clients, and in-app messaging

    NEW

    • Staff with their own cabinet. Add a specialist, tick what they're allowed to do, and send them a personal sign-up link. They set their own email and password and land in a cabinet of their own: only their bookings, and — if you allow it — their own working hours. Permissions are set per person: schedule, bookings, client list, messaging, prices and analytics, their own profile. The link lasts 14 days and works once; access can be revoked at any time, and the specialist and all their booking history stay.
    • A personal cabinet for clients. A guest who books can now create an account — one for the whole platform. It gathers their bookings from every business they've booked with: upcoming and past. Earlier visits are picked up automatically by phone number, even when it was written differently. The offer to create one appears right after a booking is made.
    • Messaging inside the service. A client with an account writes either to the business itself or to the specialist they booked with. On your side it's the "Messages" section; a staff member only sees what was addressed to them. The client starts the conversation — the business replies. The Telegram bot stays exactly as it was: for guests without an account, and for notifications.
    • A warning when hours change. If a specialist changes their working hours or takes time off, bookings left outside those hours are flagged and the clients are notified — in the chat and through Telegram. Nothing is moved or cancelled automatically: you see those bookings outlined on the calendar and decide yourself, and the client can message you or cancel. Put the hours back and the flag clears.
    • A fork at sign-up. Two buttons now: "I'm a business" and "I'm a guest". The business form opens straight away, as before.

    IMPROVED

    • Deposits and minimum spend for tables. In Restaurant mode guests previously saw no price for booking a table at all — you can now set a deposit or a minimum spend, per booking or per guest. Switch it on in Settings.
    • The verification email. It now carries the logo in its header and says plainly what the code is for.
    • The wording after a booking. "We'll confirm by messenger or give you a call", instead of the old SMS/WhatsApp line.
  • Addedv3.4.0

Premium booking themes, links that keep working, and a reworked appearance section

    NEW

    • Premium themes for your booking page. Cyberpunk and Dark Luxe replace the whole look — palette, fonts, element shapes, animations and their own banner. Turn one on in Settings → Preview & appearance; available on the Premium plan.
    • A booking link that survives being changed. Previously, editing your page address invalidated everywhere it had already been printed or sent. The old address now redirects to the new one, so QR flyers, links your clients saved and reminders already sent keep working.
    • Consent to personal data processing. The signup form and all four booking forms now carry an explicit consent checkbox, as Russian data protection law requires. A booking cannot be completed without it.

    IMPROVED

    • Preview & appearance, rebuilt. Settings are split into tabs, one open at a time, with the preview always in view.
    • The light/dark switch. Moved next to the preview and applies immediately — the Refresh button is gone.
    • An honest preview. It shows the page as a first-time visitor sees it, rather than with your own display preference applied.
    • Icons on every tab strip. Across both the dashboard and the console.
    • Referral bonus on Premium. If you are already on Premium and a colleague signs up through your link, the bonus is credited as Premium days of the same value — it used to downgrade you to Pro.

    FIXED

    • Oval buttons. The map button in the contact row was stretched instead of round. The same fault turned out to affect six more buttons across the dashboard — all fixed.
    • The selection tick in the service list. On rows with a photo it pushed the name and description to the right. It now sits on the photo itself, so rows with and without photos line up.
  • Fixedv3.3.8

    Client deletion and notification accuracy

You can now delete a client together with all their bookings and history. We also fixed a rare case where a Telegram booking confirmation could fail to arrive because the same request was delivered twice — and a cancellation message no longer asks the client to arrive early.

  • Addedv3.3.6

    "Invite colleagues" referral programme

Your profile now has a personal invite link. A colleague gets 2 months of PRO the moment they sign up, and you get 1 month of PRO plus the top FREE level as soon as they start working with real clients.

  • Addedv3.3.6

Chat with clients from your dashboard

Clients can simply reply to the bot, and the message shows up in the Clients section under the chat tab. Unread messages get a counter next to the client and in the sidebar, and you can reply without leaving the dashboard.

  • Addedv3.3.5

    Telegram booking notifications

Clients connect the bot via a link on the confirmation screen and start receiving booking confirmations, pre-visit reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices — each with the full details: time, service, specialist and total price.
